2. ELIGIBILITY

1. Open to indivudals of at least 18 years of age and residents of all countries where participation in such giveaways is legally permitted.
2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of O+ GmbH are not eligible.

3. ENTRY

1. To enter, participants must be subscribed to the DOWN SKIS email newsletter during the giveaway period.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. By subscribing, participants consent to receive marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

1. The giveaway begins on October 1st, 2025 and ends on October 31st, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period").
2. Entries received after 11:59 PM Austria time (CET/CEST) on October 31, 2025 will not be considered.

5. WINNER SELECTION

1. On November 3rd, 2025, one winner will be randomly selected from the list of active newsletter subscribers.

2. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided.
3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. PRIZE

1. The winner may choose one pair of skis: THRODOWN 89s or THRODOWN 125s
2. The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s residential address.
3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
