DOWN REFURBED skis have some stories behind them—they’ve been out in our test fleet, dialed in by real riders. Back at the factory, we give each pair a full refresh: tuned, restored, and tested until they’re ready to charge again.

Somebody promised to take these weapons of our shalves, wanted to get them predrilled as well. Since then, he hasn't replied, so here they are!

WHAT'S IN THIS SKI?

The TD105, as all DOWN THROWDOWN skis, offers exceptional value. Inside you find:

a full-length POPLAR woodcore with a HARDWOOD binding insert underfoot - adding durability and impact resistance
a premium P-TEX sintered base (the fast stuff) from German supplier CPS - we eliminated all die-cuts and switched to full silk-screen printed designs; as in "what is not cut is less likely to break"
a full-length CARBON stringer; consider this your personal leaf-spring, adding pop and longevity
a minor yet game-changing design update for the 2526 range, already available now: a mini-cap on the ski’s top edge. This subtle bevel significantly enhances durability while reducing chipping and early wear, ultimately extending the ski’s lifespan.
and all the rest, bra, bra, of a premium sandwich skis (ABS sidewalls, vertical lamination, textured CPS Polyamide 12 (Nylon) topsheets, full-thickness / double annealed steel edges from Austrian supplier Wälzholz Huber
