ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP 

DOWN SKIS FACTORY c/o O+ GMBH, Handelszentrum 16 / BT2 / EG, 5101 Bergheim, AUSTRIA

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. As most of our ski deliveries will require binding setups and/or controls, we will contact you with information. Should you require binding mounts, binding swaps, or binding controls, please inform our customer service about it & bring your pair of ski boots (both sides).

LOCAL DELIVERY

DOWN SKIS and O+ GMBH currently do not offer any local delivery services.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using POST Austria, DPD, DHL or UPS depending on your shipping location. Regardless of which provider is used, flat rate shipping fees apply, depending of your shipping location. Our current shipping rates (as per 23. Oct. 2024) are.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DOWN SKIS / O+ GmbH is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@downskis.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
