DOWN REFURBED skis have some stories behind them—they’ve been out in our test fleet, dialed in by real riders. Back at the factory, we give each pair a full refresh: tuned, restored, and tested until they’re ready to charge again.
Still capable of decent shredding, only now you get them at a price that leaves more in your pocket for road trips, passes, and après. Same DOWN performance, more value per dollar.
This pair was part of our test fleet. It has a bit of topsheet damage and comes with Tyrolia Attack 11 bindings.
The CountDown 114 L is a best seller in the DOWN lineup and for good reason. It strikes the balance of stability, fun, and float perfect for all skiers looking to hit both the lifts and the backcountry.
A full lenght Paulownia wood core is blended with carbon fiber to make the ski not only light but damp.
The CD114 Ls 5 point shape combined with our hybrid-rocker-camber profile makes the ski easy to use for both skiers new to freeride or comp riders. Proving its versatility, the CD114 has been the one and only ski for pro athlete Mickael Bimboes as he won 2 events on the FTW including the famous Verbier Extreme! A 1st for a carbon ski and a 1st for an indie ski company.
The ultimate in versatility and smoothness, our freeride rocker profile combines camber underfoot with a low rise, elliptical tip and a nearly flat tail. The underfoot camber gives instant edge grip in tricky conditions and the smooth transition into the tip and tail rocker lets you engage the full effective edge on demand for smooth carving. The low rise, elliptical tip provides full snow contact, punches through uneven snow with minimal deflection and keeps you on top of even the deepest, fluffiest powder.
The latest version of the CountDown Carbon 114L features significant upgrades in durability and performance. Here's what we improved for the 24/25 version of the CD114:
